Close Win For Wakefield

What did I tell you? A close win for Wakefield in the end, if I remember my prediction correctly. I guess what I said came true, because Wakefield beat Wake Forest Rolesville 13-8. Go wolves!  In the first half Wake Forest scored a touchdown after Wakefield turned the ball over in the endzone for a touchback. They went for the two point conversion and ran it in the end zone. Then Wakefield came back to do the same but didn’t make the two extra points.  With the score 6-8 Wake Forest winning in the second half Wakefield somehow managed to score. Number 17 kicked the field goal to make the score 13-8 Wakefield winning. They fought them from scoring the rest of the game, and the score was final.

November 14, 2007 will always be remembered as the day Wakefield ended their season with a 4-4 final record. Also, the Lady Wolves soccer and volleyball team claimed an undefeated season for the conference champions. Way to go Lady Wolves! Finally, basketball try-outs will start on Monday, November 19. Remember to have good grades if you want to play on a sports team this year. Education and attitude is everything!
